Event Overview

The Fall Backyard Burn Trail Run takes place at Fountainhead Regional Park in Fairfax Station, Virginia. The park is situated along the banks of the Occoquan Reservoir. The event is part of a trail running series produced by EX2 Adventures.

Course Details

The course uses hiking trails and a few old dirt roads within the park. There are two distance options available:

4.8 miles with an elevation gain of 450 feet.
10.5 miles with an elevation gain of 950 feet.

Charity Partnership

During registration, participants have the option to support a local non-profit organization called Homestretch. The partnership aims to raise awareness and funds for the services Homestretch provides to families in the area.
