Fair Election 5K
The Fair Election 5K is a running and walking event held in Falmouth, Maine. The course starts at the driveway situated between Falmouth High School and Falmouth Middle School on Woodville Road. Participants follow a route that turns left onto Field Road, continues to a turnaround point located near Watts Farm Way at the 1.5 mile mark, and returns to finish at the midpoint of the school driveway.

This race is dedicated to the memory of John Howe and supports the Sons of Amvets Post 25 through donations and a 50/50 raffle. Registration includes different fee tiers based on the date of entry, with a specific early bird period ending in May. All individuals who register by October 12th receive a commemorative pint glass.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female winners, age group leaders, and the top team consisting of four or more members. The current course records stand at 16:57 for males and 21:20 for females. Following the event, an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet is hosted at the Foreside House of Pizza on US Route 1.
