F45 North Vancouver x Cream Pony Donut Run
F45 North Vancouver and Cream Pony are hosting a community donut run on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at F45 Training North Vancouver, 725 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC. The event is an untimed social run along the Spirit Trail with an approximate 4 km round trip and a stop at Cream Pony in Lower Lonsdale to receive one complimentary donut.
Participants will set off in small waves to help keep the pathway clear and will return to the studio after the stop. The meeting point is the blue sculptures outside Pizza Pizza, beside F45 North Vancouver. The event is free and requires registration for a complimentary donut.
This run takes place on open public pathways. Roads and intersections remain open and will not be controlled. Participants are responsible for following traffic signals, road rules, and pedestrian crossings, being considerate of other pathway users, and participating within their own abilities.
