f-EAU-rth of July 5K : Eau Claire Marathon
The event is a community 5K held on the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire campus with the start located on Park Avenue in front of Hibbard Hall. A separate quarter-mile kids' run is scheduled as part of the event.

Packet pick-up options are provided before the event: a midweek pickup at the ECM Warehouse (323 N. Dewey Street) and a race morning pickup at the UWEC Hibbard parking lot. Strollers are allowed. Race day registration may be available if space allows.
The event includes a dog-friendly option called the Furry f-EAU-rth. Dogs must be registered as a $5 add-on during 5K registration or via the participant profile. Registered dogs receive a themed bandana. Guidelines for dog participation require well-behaved animals that are comfortable around crowds, one dog per person, a non-retractable leash under six feet, up-to-date vaccinations, and responsible cleanup. Dogs are not allowed inside facilities.
