f-EAU-rth of July 5K
The f-EAU-rth of July 5K is an Eau Claire Marathon event held on July 3, 2027 on the UWEC campus, with the start area on Park Avenue in front of Hibbard Hall. The event is part of the ECM 5K Race Series and includes options for runners, walkers, families, and dogs.

Packet pickup is scheduled the Thursday before the race at the ECM Warehouse, 323 N. Dewey Street, and there is a race morning packet pickup at the UWEC Hibbard parking lot. Organizers note that race day registration may be available if space allows.
Strollers are allowed. Children riding in strollers do not need separate registration unless they want race swag or a medal. Registered kids in the kids’ dash receive their own race packet and medal and may ride in a stroller for the 5K after the kids’ race.
Dog participation rules include one dog per person, a non-retractable leash shorter than six feet, up-to-date vaccinations, and cleanup requirements; dogs are not allowed inside facilities.
