Eyam Fell Race : Eyam village, Peak District
The event is a fell race that starts and finishes in the village of Eyam. The route climbs out of Eyam to Sir William Hill, passes the Barrel Inn at Bretton, goes over Abney Moor, includes a steep wooded descent and returns to Eyam. The course is marshalled. Prizes are supplied by the Barrel Inn and there is a BBQ and bar in the courtyard after the race. Entries are limited. Entries opened 26 August 2025 and close 28 August 2026. Entry fee for the main race is £8.00. The listed number of entries so far is six participants.

The main race is for runners aged 17 or older on the day of the event; runners under 18 must have prior fell-running experience over similar distances. The junior race is for ages 11 to 16 on the day, has on-the-day entry and a fee of £2 paid on the day. The junior course includes a steep ascent with steps, a level section and a steep descent; shoes with good grip are advised.
