Extreme Adventure Challenge
The Extreme Adventure Challenge is a multi-discipline team event held on a 575-acre farm in Versailles, Kentucky. Participants navigate a 10 km course that incorporates 18 distinct checkpoints. The experience is designed to last approximately two hours, requiring teams to use strategy and endurance to complete various tasks across the property.
The event features a variety of outdoor activities at the different checkpoints, including:
- Mountain biking
- Ziplining
- Archery
- Canoeing
The competition is structured for teams, and participants must decide which members will take on specific challenges at each station. Awards are presented across three categories: male, female, and mixed divisions. The event is open to individuals aged 16 and older.
Following the completion of the course, the event includes a community gathering with food trucks and music. The proceedings from the registration fees are used to fund scholarships and support programs for trauma-affected individuals through outdoor adventure initiatives. The venue is located at the Life Adventure Center. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
