The Exmoor Running and Walking Festival
The Exmoor Running and Walking Festival is a three day gathering based at the Pinkery Centre for Outdoor Learning in Simonsbath, Somerset. It brings together the historic Exmoor Perambulation and the Man vs Moor events on the same weekend around the summer solstice.
The 2026 programme includes walks, trail races, a sunset swim, guest speakers and evening social gatherings. Friday includes the sunset swim and an evening speaker. Saturday features the Exmoor Perambulation with long and shorter distance options, a family walk and a BBQ where participants can bring and cook their own food. Sunday hosts the Man vs Moor runs and a kids event. The organisers plan film screenings during the weekend. Locally made solid oak wooden medals are an optional extra and must be ordered separately.

- Exmoor Perambulation - Ultra Trail Marathon: 30 miles
- Exmoor Perambulation - Wild Trail Run: 15 miles
- Family Walk: 3 miles
- Man vs Moor Light: 5 km
- Man vs Moor Classic: 10 km
- Man vs Moor Ultimate: 10 miles
- Man vs Moor Kids: 1.5 km
