Event overview

The Feighan Fury Race and Fun Run takes place on Sunday 29 March 2026 at Templeton Village Hall, Temple Cross, Templeton, Tiverton EX16 8BJ. The event is organised by South West Road Runners and Exe Valley Rotary Club. The main event is a 10 mile trail race held under TRA rules (permit pending) with a minimum age of 17 on the event date. The course is multi-terrain around private estates in mid Devon, with woods, trails, rivers and hills; about 70% of the course is off road and total ascent is 637 metres. There is a 4 hour cut off for the 10 mile race. Prize categories will be considered Open/Male or Female, and one prize will be awarded per runner. Every Fury race entrant receives a technical event vest; fun run participants receive an event medal. Charity partners will be announced by the end of October 2025. The organisers promote the positive mental health benefits of running.

Entries, fees and facilities

Entries open 15 September 2025 and close 27 March 2026. Entry fees listed are: Fury UKA/TRA member £22.00, Fury non-member £24.00, Templeton Trail fun run and walk £6.50. Entries so far are shown as 4 participants. Parking at the village hall is limited and organisers may direct vehicles to local hard-standings. The Fury has three water stations on course and water at the finish; the event is cup-less so no paper cups will be provided. A first aid team will be present at the HQ.
