Exeter 10K River Run
Organised by Exeter City Community Trust, the Exeter 10K River Run takes place on 26 June 2026 in the evening and follows a route along the River Exe. The course is described as traffic-free and flat, and the event is timed to fit into autumn marathon training schedules.
The event distance is 10 km. Medals are provided to all finishers. Support on the course typically includes water stations and medical assistance. Finish-line facilities commonly include toilets, a recovery area, a medical station and a bag store. Race results are shared via email and on Webscorer after the event.
Entry options include booking an individual place or taking a charity place. Charity places request a minimum fundraising pledge of £100 excluding gift aid. Runners joining the trust fundraising team receive a technical running top, a fundraising pack, access to online training materials and post-event hospitality. England Athletics members benefit from discounted entry to UKA licensed events. UK Athletics minimum age requirements apply and participants must be at least 17 years old on the day of the event.
The event is organised to support local sports participation and wellbeing activities across the community and to raise funds for the trust and its charity partners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
