Exeter 10K River Run
The Exeter 10K River Run is a road running event based at Piazza Terracina in Exeter that follows a route along the River Exe. The course is described as traffic free and flat and takes place in the evening on 25 June 2027.
The event offers a main adult race of 10 km and a separate junior event called the Grecian Mile for under 16s. The Grecian Mile is non competitive and will not be timed; every finisher receives a medal. Age rules apply: the 10 km race is for participants over 15 years, and Grecian Mile entrants aged 10 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
There is an option to run on behalf of Exeter City Community Trust or partner charities, with the possibility of running for free in return for fundraising. Fundraising for the Grecian Mile includes tiered incentive prizes, including event tickets and signed merchandise at higher fundraising levels.
The event is organised by Exeter City Community Trust and is used to support its community sports and wellbeing programmes. England Athletics members receive a discounted entry rate for UKA licensed events organised by the trust. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
