Entry, timing and facilities
Online entry closes at 10:00 on race day and entry on the day is not available. Single race entry fees are shown as £10.00 (affiliated) and £12.00 (unaffiliated). A race pass for June to November is offered at £47.00 (affiliated) and £56.00 (unaffiliated). First-time entrants receive a race number with an embedded timing chip to collect from registration; previously issued red 5K numbers from 2020-25 may be reused in 2026 if recorded on the entry form. Entrants may defer their place once to the next race in the calendar year if requested at least three days before race day. There are no refunds and places cannot be transferred.
