About the race
EvenSplits York 5K is a road race held February to November at University of York Sport Village Circuit in Heslington East, York. The 5-kilometre course is five flat laps on a circuit, marketed as the flattest and fastest 5K in Yorkshire. It is chip-timed and EA-licensed, with live results texted at the finish and km splits posted the next day; finishers receive a chocolate bar.
Facilities include water stations and toilets; there are no changing facilities or baggage storage. Entry is £10 affiliated or £12 unaffiliated; no entry on the day.
