Farewell See York Run York Challenge is the final See York Run York event on Saturday, 18 April 2026. It is a 7 hour timed running challenge on the Turpin Challenge route at York Knavesmire. Course, facilities and rules

Race headquarters is Hamilton Panthers Club House, which has toilets, changing, showers and hot drinks and food for sale before and after the event. Free parking is available along Knavesmire Road and Racecourse Road. The event is cupless; runners should bring their own bottle or cup. A staffed aid station will provide squash, water or coke and will be stocked with sweets, fruit and savoury snacks. A family fun run is held before the main event on a 1 mile grass loop; adults may run with children but must enter separately to earn a medal. There is a strict 7 hour finish cutoff; timing records a runner’s final lap completed within that period. No refunds. Transfers and deferrals are allowed only up to 7 days before the event.
