Leeds 5K (OCT '26)
The Even Splits Leeds 5K is a monthly 5 kilometre road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. Races run from February to November and use a flat, three lap course. Entries are limited to 200 runners with 158 places currently listed as available.
The event is chip timed. Results are sent by text at the finish and mile splits are published the following day. Race licence status is listed as applied for. First time entrants are issued a race number with an embedded timing chip for use at Leeds and York 5K events; this number is collected from Registration. Previously issued RED 5K numbers from 2020 to 2025 may be reused in 2026 if recorded on the entry form. Entrants are entitled to one free number replacement in any 12 month period; further replacements cost £4.
Facilities at Race HQ, Brownlee Centre, Bodington Playing Fields, Bodington Avenue, Leeds LS16 8NA include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. Entry on the day is not available. Prices listed for single entries and race passes vary by affiliation status. Places may be deferred once to the next race in the calendar year if requested at least three days before race day. There are no refunds and race places cannot be transferred.
