Event Details
The EvenSplits Leeds 5k is a monthly running event held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. It is a chip-timed, EA-licensed race on a flat, 5 km road course consisting of 3 laps.
Features and Registration
Immediately after finishing, participants receive their result by text. Mile splits are published the following day. Each finisher gets a chocolate bar. The race has an entry limit of 200 participants and is suitable for wheelchairs. Facilities include water stations, distance markers, and toilets. There are no changing facilities, showers, or a baggage store.
Entry is online only; there is no entry on the day. The entry fee is £10.00 for affiliated runners and £12.00 for unaffiliated runners for a single race. Bulk Race Passes for multiple months are available. The first time a runner enters, they are issued a reusable race number with an embedded timing chip, which is also valid for York 5k events.
Rules and Policies
A race place can be deferred once to the next available race in the calendar year if requested at least 3 days before the event. There are no refunds, and race places cannot be transferred to another runner. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
