Fall Fest: Run & Walk for the Esplanade
The event takes place at Fiedler Field on the Charles River Esplanade in Boston, MA. It includes multiple participation options and community activities during a single day of events and festival programming.

The 5K Run is professionally timed with chipped bibs and race results. The Walk welcomes families, strollers, and leashed dogs when participants start from the back of the field for safety. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, be vaccinated, well behaved, and owners must carry waste bags.
Registration fees listed for the event include a pre event Run fee of $35, a day of Run fee of $50, Walk registration at $35, and a suggested $15 donation for the Paws & Pumpkins Parade. All registrants receive a chipped bib and are eligible for individual and team prizes and a virtual prize bag.
Prizes include overall champions in male, female, and non binary categories, age group winners, costume and fundraising awards, and team awards. Sponsors provide apparel and gift cards for top fundraisers and winners.
Accessibility notes: the Frances Appleton Pedestrian Bridge is the most accessible park entry, some interior footbridges have cobblestone surfaces, there will be accessible gender neutral portable restrooms, and rideshare drop off near 170 Charles Street is suggested.
