Event information
The Epic Harvest Hustle is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2025, at The Epic, 2960 Epic Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. The event includes two in-person races:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Fun Run
The 5K is a professionally chip-timed race run entirely on the scenic trails at The Epic. This edition is described as the inaugural Epic Harvest Hustle.
Logistics and facilities
Registration is open through November 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. Entry fees listed are $40 for the 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Registration includes a race bib with timing chip, a commemorative race t-shirt, and a finisher's medal. A post-race party with food, music, and a kids area is planned.
Packet pickup is available before race day at The Epic Recreation Center and on race day at the registration tent at The Epic. The race is in-person only; no virtual option is offered. Strollers and wagons are allowed but should start at the back of the field. Pets must be on a leash; service animals are permitted. Free parking is available at The Epic. The event will proceed rain or shine unless severe weather prompts delay, course change, or cancellation. A portion of proceeds will support local health and wellness initiatives.
