Eoin Farrell Rossi 5K Chipped Race and Family Walk
The Eoin Farrell Rossi 5K and Family Walk takes place in Rostrevor Square as part of the Fiddler's Green Festival weekend. The event includes a chip timed 5K race on a measured route through Rostrevor and a shorter community walk for families.
- 5K: professionally measured, chip timed race through Rostrevor, finishes in the village square.
- 3K Family Circuit: family friendly walk through Rostrevor and Pettitt Park.
A six week Couch to 5K programme runs in partnership with St Bronagh's GAA Healthy Club Committee. The programme starts on 8 June 2026 and meets at St Bronagh's GAA Social Club Car Park on Shore Road to build fitness progressively for the event.
Race pack collection and on the day registration are scheduled to take place in Rostrevor Square from 2:00pm until 4:30pm on race day. An Early Bird offer is available until midnight on 20 June 2026: the event package can include entry, the Rossi 5K event T shirt for £25, a finisher's medal, access to the Couch to 5K programme, and professional timing with results.
Proceeds from the 2026 event support Life & Time, which provides end of life nursing care, and the St Bronagh's GAA Club Development Fund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
