The event is a coastal trail running meeting centred at Helen Gardens in Eastbourne on 6 March 2027. Routes run along the South Downs National Park coastline and pass the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs, with views out over the English Channel. The courses follow sections near the coastal towns of Eastbourne and Seaford.
Terrain is primarily chalk and forest on rolling downland with multiple climbs and descents. The organiser notes a check-in process about two weeks before the event that includes confirming personal details, an ICE contact and viewing a mandatory event safety video. The event is part of the season leaderboard; runners earn points based on performance that contribute to an overall season score.
