Sussex Coastal Trail Run - Endurancelife
The event takes place in Eastbourne on 6 March 2027 and is based at Helen Gardens. Courses run along the coastal section of the South Downs National Park with views of the Seven Sisters and the English Channel. Terrain includes chalk downland and forest with notable climbs and descents.
Participants can enter one of four distances:
- 10K - 6.4 mi; ascent 1276 ft; record M 00:44:56 F 00:49:05
- Half Marathon - 13.1 mi; ascent 2185 ft; record M 01:31:38 F 01:45:10
- Marathon - 26.2 mi; ascent 4196 ft; record M 03:14:49 F 03:49:58
- Ultra - 32.5 mi; ascent 5266 ft; record M 04:14:26 F 04:57:56
The event is part of the Endurancelife season leaderboard; finishing a distance awards points that contribute to a participant's season score. Organizers will require online check-in approximately two weeks before the event; the check-in process includes confirming personal details such as an ICE contact and watching a mandatory event safety video.
