About the race
The Endurancelife South Devon Coastal Trail Run takes place at Beesands on 23 January 2027. The course begins at Start Point and runs along a coastal section inside an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, then moves inland to include several steep Devon hills. Terrain is listed as severe with grass and rock underfoot.
Distances offered include:
- 10K: 6.9 miles, 1,283 ft ascent
- Half Marathon: 13.3 miles, 2,238 ft ascent
- Marathon: 27.6 miles, 4,583 ft ascent
- Ultra: 33.8 miles, 5,397 ft ascent
Event features and services include a fully marked course, electronic timing with split printouts, finishers medal, on-site amenities, energy bars, and post-event food options nearby. Add-ons available before the event include an event safety kit (£12) and a 10 minute massage (£10.80).
Entry categories show standard prices of £35 for the 10K, £47 for the half marathon, £59 for the marathon, and £71 for the ultra. Booking terms include a 30 day full refund for change of mind, the ability to change events up to 30 days before, transfer an entry up to 14 days before, and full refund if the event is cancelled. If an event is postponed, participants may accept the new date, transfer to another event, or take a refund less a booking and card processing fee capped at £20.
