5K to End Overdose
The 5K to End Overdose takes place on August 1, 2026 in Fredericksburg, Virginia, at 120 River Road. The event is organized to benefit Zoe Freedom Center; proceeds support the center's free addiction services and fund awareness efforts.
Event formats include a set of 5K options:
- 5K in person
- 5K Under 12 in person, no t-shirt for ages 11 and under
- Virtual 5K
- Virtual 5K Under 12, no t-shirt for ages 11 and under
All participants who register before June 26 receive a race t-shirt and a finisher's medal. Registration fees listed for the in-person and virtual options are $35 for the standard 5K and $15 for the Under 12 entries. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in the overall in-person 5K.
Post-race food and drinks are provided. Parking is available at Pratt Park and restrooms are available at the park. The event proceeds regardless of weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
