Quantico 12K
The Quantico 12K is a road race held on the training grounds of the Officer Candidates School. The course measures 7.46 miles and provides access to areas used for officer candidate training.
Registration for the 2026 Quantico 12K is open. Participants must be at least 14 years old and able to maintain a 20 minute per mile pace. All participants can earn a finisher medal and receive a participant shirt.
Military registration is offered at a discounted rate for Active Duty and Reservists through the Military Service Members registration category. Military registration is fixed and remains open until the event sells out.
The event includes The Crossroads Cup on August 22, 2026, in which Marine Corps Base Quantico units and tenant commands compete on the Officer Candidates School training grounds. The winning team will receive 500 dollars in unit ball funds.
The Marine Corps Marathon Organization does not permit transfers or deferrals for 2026 events; registrations are final. Optional refundable registration and refund protection are available through TEAK under specific conditions. Refundable registrations purchased after February 27 can be protected up to five days after confirmation and require supporting documentation for approved refund reasons.
