Elm Grove Community Foundation 0.5K Oktoberfest Fun Run
The event takes place on September 19, 2026 in Elm Grove, Wisconsin and benefits the Elm Grove Community Foundation. The short 0.5K fun run and walk starts at O'Donoghue's Irish Pub and finishes at the Village Park Oktoberfest grounds as part of Elm Grove's Oktoberfest activities.
The route crosses Watertown Plank Road, proceeds down Elm Grove Street to Juneau, and continues into the village park. The course includes three beverage stations along the way; children are offered root beer on the route and adults 21 and over are offered beer. All participants receive participation recognition and a final complimentary beer at the finish.
Event amenities include T shirts for participants who register by September 2, packet pick up at Village Park on September 17 and 18 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and live music in the pre race program and at the finish with lineup subject to change. Fee tiers listed by the organizer are a $35 early bird rate through June 25, 2026, a $40 rate after June 25 through the event, and a $15 kids rate for ages 2 to 12.
