Caudwell Children Elf Run 5k : Hanley Park, Stoke-on-Trent
Caudwell Children Elf Run 5k is a colour-themed 5 km event organised by Caudwell Children in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council at Hanley Park. The event raises funds to support disabled and autistic children.
Participants receive a Caudwell Children Colour Runner t-shirt and a finisher’s medal. Entrants also have access to fundraising resources and support provided by the organiser.
The route is fully accessible, paved and flat. On-site accessibility features include a disabled toilet, a disabled portable toilet and dedicated disabled parking close to the registration area and the start line. A sensory park is available within Hanley Park.
Media and photography will be present for promotional and marketing purposes. Images and videos may be used across social media, the organiser’s website and other printed and digital materials. The organiser cannot guarantee the exclusion of individuals in large crowd shots and attendance implies consent to being photographed or filmed under those conditions.
The event is kindly sponsored by Ken Jervis Kia. Registrations received on or after Date tbc will need to collect their Colour Runner pack at registration on the day of the event.
