Elf on the Run 5K, Indian Land YMCA
The event is a community road race held on December 12, 2026, at the Indian Land YMCA on Worldreach Drive in Indian Land, South Carolina. The program includes a five kilometer race and a one mile fun dash across the CrossRidge campus.
Packet pickup is offered the day before the race and on race day. After the runs there will be an awards ceremony and on-site activities such as a DJ, food trucks, giveaways, and other race-day festivities. The event is scheduled to coincide with a full day of local holiday events, including the Indian Land Christmas Parade, a Christmas Village, and a tree lighting ceremony.
The event supports YMCA of Upper Palmetto's Mission Strong Fund; the fundraiser page shows $148.04 raised. The event lists community organizations and businesses among its sponsors, including YMCA of Upper Palmetto, CrossRidge, Inspiration Ministries, Taste Buds Kitchen Indian Land, Rock Hill Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and Stateline Productions. Registration is open with published fee tiers for the 5K and 1 Mile options, and the organizer notes that registration fees are nonrefundable unless Refund Protection was purchased.
