4.01K Reindeer Run
The Reindeer Run is a community race day held at the Rock Hill Criterium Course, 1307 Riverwalk Parkway, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The event benefits Crisis Response International and highlights the organization’s mission to train and mobilize for urgent physical, emotional, and spiritual needs during crises.
The event program includes multiple race options and a costume element. Participants are encouraged to wear Christmas-themed gear; a judged kids costume contest near the start/finish awards prizes. Children age 5 and under participate free without registration. Registration for ages 13 and under is available at a reduced fee and does not include a t-shirt, runner’s bag, or race bib unless registered at the standard rate.
Distances offered:
- 4.01K (2.5 mi) costume run/walk for families and casual participants
- 10K competitive lap race around the Rock Hill Criterium course
- Reindeer Relay 4 person team, one 1.1 mile loop per leg
A single registration provides access to all three races. The Reindeer Relay requires teams of four; solo registrants may be paired with an available team at check-in.
Event amenities and features include race-day community activities, a deployment gear showcase by Crisis Response International, post-race food and mingling, and a raffle and wrap-up later in the day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
