The EJ Autism 4 Mile Run/Walk fka Jigsaw takes place on April 26, 2026 at East Islip Marina Park in East Islip, NY. The event benefits the EJ Autism Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity that supports autism awareness and local programs on Long Island. The event includes a separate kiddie run and a one-mile event called the John McGorry Irish Mile (1.27).

Race details and logistics
The 4-mile course is USATF certified and described as flat, with the start and finish on the Great South Bay. Pre-race packet pickup is available the day before at Shandon Court and on race day at East Islip Marina. Parking is available at the marina; Bayview Avenue and several local streets will be periodically impacted and controlled by road marshals. Strollers are allowed free of charge but must be registered; dogs are not encouraged. All 4-mile finishers receive medals. Awards include cash prizes for top overall and masters finishers, age-group awards, a $1,000 grant for the school district that brings the most participants, and awards for the Irish Mile and kiddie run. A post-race party and raffle are scheduled at Shandon Court. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
