EJ Autism 4 Mile Run/Walk
The EJ Autism 4 Mile Run/Walk is an annual community race held in East Islip, New York, with a scenic start and finish on the Great South Bay. The course is described as flat and is USATF certified. The event includes multiple distance options for different participants.

Logistics note that there is pre-race packet pickup at Shandon Court the day before the race and check-in and same day registration at East Islip Marina. Parking is available at the marina but delays and temporary road closures on Bayview Avenue and nearby streets are expected. Strollers may participate if the child is registered and must start at the back of the field. Dogs are not encouraged. Registration is nontransferable and nonrefundable as stated.
