Logistics and participation
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Shandon Court, East Islip, and day-of packet pickup and registration occur at the East Islip Marina. Strollers are allowed free of charge but infants must be registered on a paper form at the marina. Dogs are not encouraged. Suggested donation amounts are listed; one fundraising option notes that raising $50 can result in a refunded registration through the organizer’s process.
Awards and amenities
All 4 mile finishers receive medals. Cash prizes are listed for top overall finishers and masters, and age-group awards are offered across standard age brackets.
