Event overview
The Edmund Ganem Memorial 5K Run/Walk takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Terryville, Connecticut. The start and finish are at Terryville High School, 33 North Harwinton Ave. Parking is available in front and rear of the building. The start area is in the rear near the track. The event is presented by the Rotary Club of Terryville.

Registration, timing and course
Registration is by pre-registration only, available online or via mail; there is no race day registration. The event uses fully automated timing and may use a rolling start to manage large groups while keeping competitive timing. The full 5K course is modified this year because of road work; extra course officials and direction markers will be in place. A course map is provided by the organizer.
Fees and awards
Listed entry fees include $20 for runners and $18 for walkers. Kids Relay teams are $12 per runner ($36 per team). Awards include cash prizes for top male and female overall, medals and age-group prizes for first-place finishers, and finisher awards for all who complete the course.
