Edisto Island Triathlon Pro-Am
The Edisto Island Triathlon Pro-Am is a half iron distance multisport event held on Edisto Island and Edisto Beach, South Carolina. The 2026 edition follows five prior editions and includes individual, relay, aquabike, and a pro-only division limited to athletes with a USAT Pro or Elite license.

The swim is a point-to-point ocean channel swim that starts at Live Oak Boat Ramp and finishes at the Marina adjacent to Bay Creek Park. Organizers stage the swim to run with the tide; wetsuits are permitted.
The bike begins at Bay Creek Park and follows mostly quiet island roadways with little elevation gain and few turns. The run is a two loop out-and-back course on interior island roads and through part of the Wyndham Resort property; it includes a short climb of approximately 15 feet. Runners pass Whaley’s Bar & Grill multiple times and can expect fully stocked aid stations every 1 to 1.5 miles.
Post event gatherings take place at Bay Creek Park. The event is part of the 2026 South Carolina Triathlon Series. Registration windows and fees vary by division. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
