Event overview
The Eden Marathon and Half-Marathon is an annual running event held at the Eden Project in Cornwall. The event features two distances:
- Marathon
- Half-Marathon
The course is multi-terrain and hilly, described as running through areas of mining heritage and countryside. The Marathon route is roughly 70% on trails, paths and private roads and 30% on public roads. The Half-Marathon is roughly 60% on public roads and 40% on trails and paths. All finishers receive a themed medal; every runner is provided with a pasty and a beer. Races use chip timing and offer free online analysis of results via RunPix.
