Eden Project Marathon and Half Marathon
The Eden Project Marathon and Half Marathon takes place at the Eden Project, Bodelva, Cornwall (PL24 2SG) on 18 October 2026. The event is organised by the Eden Project in partnership with St Austell Running Club.

The courses are hilly and multi-terrain, running through areas of mining heritage and countryside within Cornwall's Clay Country. Race features include a themed medal for all finishers, a pasty and a beer for runners, cash prizes for overall winners, category prizes, and team prizes. First-place prize money is listed as £300 for the Marathon winners and £250 for the Half Marathon winners. Veteran category prizes are offered in multiple age bands, and team prizes are awarded to top teams of four.
Support services on the course include water stations approximately every three miles and isotonic drinks approximately every seven miles. Events are chip timed with free online analysis via RunPix. Runners and accompanying family members receive free entry to Eden on the day.
Entry information for 2026 shows early bird places with limited availability (Marathon early bird: £43 for 100 places; Half early bird: £37 for 200 places). Full price entries are Marathon £48 and Half Marathon £43; full price entries open on April 8 and close on 30 September 2026 or earlier if sold out.
The event supports the creation of wildflower habitats at Eden as an alternative to providing race t-shirts; souvenir t-shirts are available to purchase. Fundraising options include a pledge to raise at least £250 to receive complimentary entry and a tech t-shirt plus fundraising support.
