Echo Triathlon
The Echo Triathlon is scheduled for July 11, 2026 and will take place at Echo Reservoir - South Beach Campground in Coalville, Utah. This is the 24th annual edition and the course includes a bike ride through Echo Canyon and a run on the Historic Rail Trail. Organizers note warm July temperatures at the site.
Race formats include swim bike run, bike run, and swim bike options. Distances and category examples listed by the organizer include:
- Sprint Triathlon
- International Olympic Triathlon
- Long Distance Triathlon with 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
- Duathlon for bike and run
- Aquabike for swim and bike
A VIP package is offered that provides pre race home delivery of the event shirt, goodie bag, and race bib, plus parking access at the race venue on race morning. Annual USAT members must have their ID and USAT card available at the scheduled delivery. VIP access still requires visiting the VIP line on race morning to receive the timing chip.
