ECHO Get to the Chopper 5K Run
The Get to the Chopper event is a chip-timed 5K run/walk held on September 20, 2026 at 4747 S Broad St, Philadelphia. The event supports ECHO’s FAST and Safety Teams, which work with public safety aviation.
Professional chip timing will provide official results for participants. Weather permitting, a helicopter will be on site during the event for participants to view.
After the 5K there is a Helicopter Happy Hour featuring additional aircraft, food, drinks, and an opportunity to connect with the public safety aviation community.
Complimentary shuttle transportation to the 5K is provided from ECHO Philadelphia at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown by Leonardo.
