Echo 136

The Echo 136 is a long-distance footrace taking place in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Participants travel along the Ice Age State Trail, moving in a northward direction through the Southern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. The course features a variety of terrain including wide groomed paths, single-track segments, bike paths, and road connectors.

The route includes nine fully stocked aid stations located at various trailheads and parks, including Emma Carlin, Scuppernong, and Pike Lake. These stations are equipped with covered tents, chairs, and cots for resting. Nutritional support includes water, soda, electrolyte drinks, and various food options such as sweet and salty snacks and warm meals.
