Eat. Run. Adopt. 10K
Eat. Run. Adopt. is a community 10K set in Berthoud, Colorado on 08/08/2026. The event is presented in partnership with Berthoud Pet Supply and is described as Berthoud’s first community-driven 10K. It was rescheduled from July to August.
A portion of registration proceeds will support Scroungy Dogs and Pretty Pups Rescue, a local 501(c)(3) organization that rescues and rehomes dogs and cats in Northern Colorado. The event includes an expo and local-business participation to highlight town cuisine and services.
The course routes runners around town with several set-up food aid stations offering small samples from local restaurants. Participants receive a wristband that is hole punched at each station to confirm stops; runners may collect samples and eat them at the finish but must have the punched wristband to verify visits.
