Eastbourne Half Marathon
The Eastbourne Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 7th March 2027 with start and finish at Princes Park. Entry fees are listed as £36 for affiliated runners and £39 for unaffiliated runners. All finishers receive bespoke medals.
The course uses a new route introduced in 2026. It is largely flat and follows much of Eastbourne’s seafront, running on closed roads and promenades. The route is described as accessible and spectator friendly, with elements aimed at supporting both runners and onlookers.
Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, age group winners, the first male and female teams of three, and the first youth male and female in the 15 to 19 category. A cash prize of £300 is offered for the quickest course record time for both male and female categories. Current course records are listed as Male 1:09:42 and Female 1:21:26.
The event supported St Wilfrid’s Hospice as its chosen charity for the year, and acknowledgements are given to event sponsors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
