East Lake Firefighters 5K Presented by Fran Haasch Law Group
The East Lake Firefighters Benevolent Association organizes a chip timed 5K in Palm Harbor, Florida, on February 27, 2027. The course starts and finishes at East Lake Fire Rescue Station 57, 3375 Tarpon Lake Boulevard, Palm Harbor, FL 34685. The event includes a participant T-shirt and a custom finisher medal for all registered runners, and a complimentary post-race pancake breakfast and race day festivities at Station 57.
Fran Haasch Law Group is the title sponsor and provides financial support for the event. Proceeds from the race will benefit the East Lake Firefighters Benevolent Association and its year-round programs to support first responders, their families, and members of the East Lake community.
Awards are presented to the Top Three Overall Male and Female finishers with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbon slide awards that attach to the official finisher medal. Age group awards for 1st through 3rd place male and female finishers cover divisions from 0-9 up to 80+; age group winners receive Gold, Silver, or Bronze ribbon slide awards that attach to the medal ribbon.
Packet pickup is at East Lake Fire Rescue Station 57 on Thursday, February 25 and Friday, February 26, with race-day packet pickup also available on the Saturday morning of the event. Primary race-day parking is at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 1555 Windmill Pointe Road, with a complimentary shuttle service to Station 57.
