Kennebec Savings Bank East Bayside Trail Fest
The second annual Kennebec Savings Bank East Bayside Trail Fest takes place in East Bayside, Portland, Maine on June 28, 2026. The event base is at 38 Diamond Street, Portland, ME 04101. The festival brings together running, biking, and walking activities that start and finish in East Bayside.
There are three organized activities. The Trail to Ale 10K uses Back Cove Trail, the Bayside Trail, and Payson Park. The Bayside Ride offers a choice of two loop distances that both start and finish in East Bayside; the shorter loop turns at Falmouth Town Landing and the longer loop turns at Cousins Island in Yarmouth. The Trail Mix 2 Miler follows the Bayside Trail and the Eastern Prom Trail.
After the morning activities there is a gathering with music, food trucks, and local beer. All registration fees and donations from the event support two local nonprofits, Portland Trails and the Bicycle Coalition of Maine. The event is noted as Portland Trails' largest fundraising event of the year. Registration fees listed for the activities include fifty dollars for the Trail to Ale 10K, fifty dollars for the Bayside Ride options, and fifteen dollars for the Trail Mix 2 Miler.
