Kennebec Savings Bank East Bayside Trail Fest
The Kennebec Savings Bank East Bayside Trail Fest takes place on June 28, 2026, in the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. The event is the second annual edition and features running and cycling activities that start and finish in East Bayside near 38 Diamond Street. Activities are scheduled throughout the morning in a staggered order.
Event distances and options include:
- Trail to Ale: 10K
- Bayside Ride: 15 mile or 30 mile loop
- Trail Mix: 2 Miles
Course and route details are provided for each activity. The Trail to Ale 10K course uses the Back Cove Trail, the Bayside Trail, and Payson Park. The Trail Mix 2 Mile course includes the Bayside Trail and the Eastern Prom Trail. The Bayside Ride offers a 15 mile loop that turns around at Falmouth Town Landing and a 30 mile loop that turns around at Cousins Island in Yarmouth. Registration opens January 14, 2026; fees listed in the event information include $50 for the 10K and bike rides and $15 for the 2 Mile. Registration closing dates vary by event. All registration fees and donations support Portland Trails and the Bicycle Coalition of Maine. The event concludes with a post-event gathering featuring music, food trucks, and local beer.
