Eagle and Child : Red Hill Auditorium, Sunday 19 July 2026
Eagle and Child is a trail event hosted by Perth Trail Series at Red Hill Auditorium in Red Hill, WA. The event takes place in a national park setting with marked courses and an event village at the start and finish. Drummers perform at the venue and food trucks are available near the finish area.
Three course options are offered with measured distances and approximate elevation change:
- Green : 5.5 km (±110 m)
- Blue : 13.3 km (±350 m)
- Black : 20.6 km (±500 m)
Course support includes marked routes and information provided to participants. Bib pickup occurs on race day at the start/finish area. Participants may reduce their distance on the day by notifying event staff. An Event Brief is emailed to participants on the Wednesday before the event.
Children may enter according to the event's kids and teens policy: Green course minimum age 6 with parent or guardian accompaniment if under 12; Blue course minimum age 12 with three prior Green completions and parent or guardian accompaniment for a first Blue; Black course minimum age 16 with three prior Blue completions and parent or guardian accompaniment for a first Black.
