The Perth Running Festival takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026. The main event location is Optus Stadium in Burswood, Western Australia.
Event Distances
The festival offers several running and walking distances:
- Marathon (42.2 km)

- Burswood Park 4km Dash
The 10km event starts at Langley Park and finishes at Optus Stadium. The marathon is part of the AbbottWMM MTT Age Group World Rankings, is an AIMS Accredited Course, and serves as the official 2026 Western Australia State Marathon Championship.
Registration Details
Registration fees are listed. Discounts of 15% are available for regional, interstate, or international postcodes for all distances. Special pricing applies for younger participants in some events:
- For the 10km, participants aged 15 and under pay a reduced rate.
- For the 4km Dash, participants aged 15 and under also pay a reduced rate.
- The minimum age for the marathon is 18.
- The minimum age for the half marathon is 16.
- The minimum age for the 10km event is 12.
