Perth Duathlon & Runningworks Festival at Champion Lakes
Perth Duathlon & Runningworks Festival is a multi-event race day held at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre in Champion Lakes, Western Australia. The venue uses a purpose-built, looped course that is described as fast and flat, with spectator areas for family and friends.
The programme includes running and duathlon events across several distances:
- Runningworks 5k
- Runningworks 10k
- Runningworks Half Marathon
- Duathlon 55k: Run 10k - Bike 40k non drafting - Run 5k
- Perth Duathlon 80k: Run 10k - Bike 60k non drafting - Run 10k
- Perth Duathlon 80k Team Relay: 2 to 3 person team
The event is sanctioned by Triathlon Australia. Organisers apply a six hour cut off time for all events. Finishers of the Duathlon 80k, Duathlon 55k and the Half Marathon receive a finisher medal. Prize money is awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the Perth Duathlon 80k, with $1000 for each of the male and female 80k champions. Prizes and medals are also allocated for first to third placings in other events and for duathlon team relay winners.
Live lap times are provided by Runningworks raceresult. The event does not offer refunds; entries can be transferred to another participant or moved for a $19.00 administration fee. Transfers to the next year’s Duathlon are not available, but entries may be transferred into the 2027 Canning River Runningworks Festival.
