Event Details
The Dyslexia Dash 2026 Race supports the International Dyslexia Association GA. The event aims to fund teacher training scholarships and other outreach initiatives for students with dyslexia and language-learning differences.
The event takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. The start and finish line is on Perimeter Center Parkway NE, on the back side of the mall. A festival area is set up in Nordstrom's back parking lot, next to Von Maur.
There are three participation options:
- In-Person 5K Run/Walk
- In-Person 1-Mile Kids Fun Run for participants 10 years and under
- Virtual 5K Run/Walk
For the in-person event, participants can pick up their race bibs the day before at Road Runner Sports in East Marietta, or on the morning of the event starting at 6:45 AM. Parking is available in the Von Maur lot near poles 71 and 72, or in front of Nordstrom. T-shirts for in-person participants must be picked up at the event.
Virtual participants can complete their 5K anywhere between October 1 and October 17, 2026, and submit their times via the event website. T-shirts and race bags for virtual participants will be mailed the week of October 19. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
