Dysart Woods

Dysart Woods is a mountain running event organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association, taking place in Laois. The race features a distance of 6.5 km with a climb of 250 meters, categorized as easy difficulty. Participants are required to carry a mandatory showerproof and windproof jacket for safety.

The event is open to all IMRA members, with pre-registration available online. Parking is limited, and carpooling is encouraged. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in various categories.
