TriAthy XVIII Edition, 30 May 2026, Athy, Co. Kildare
TriAthy holds its XVIII edition in Athy, County Kildare on 30 May 2026. The event is organised by TriAthy Limited and is sanctioned by Triathlon Ireland. Races take place around the River Barrow and include four triathlon formats with swim, bike and run legs.
The scheduled race distances are:
- TA-100: 2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run
- Olympic: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Try: 250 m swim, 15 km bike, 4 km run
SwimAthy is offered as a warm up event on the Sunday before TriAthy. SwimAthy provides open water practice with these swim distances:
- 2 km
- 1.5 km
- 750 m
- 250 m
