The Dymock Half Marathon and a 5 mile race are held on the Sunday of the late May bank holiday. The event takes place in Dymock.

Event Details
The races start at Dymock Cricket Club (GL18 2AD). The field limit for each distance is 200 runners. Full UK Athletics race course licences are held for both races. Both routes are fully marked, marshalled, and have several water stations.
Registration & Entry
Registration is handled via an external platform. For the half marathon, there is an early bird and regular entry fee, with an additional charge for unaffiliated runners. The minimum age for the half marathon is 18. For the 5 mile race, there is also an early bird and regular entry fee, with an additional charge for unaffiliated runners. The minimum age for the 5 mile race is 16.
Venue & Facilities
The Race HQ is Dymock Cricket Club. Parking is available at the field behind the cricket club, with additional parking in a field opposite a nearby public house. There is disabled parking at the cricket club. Post-race refreshments, both hot and cold, are available at the club bar.
Awards
All finishers receive a medal. Half marathon finishers also receive a T-shirt. Individual awards are given to the top three male and female finishers. Team prizes are available for male and female teams of three runners. Age group awards are presented for categories FV35, FV45, FV55, MV40, MV50, and MV60. Local prizes are available for residents with Newent (GL18) or Ledbury (HR8) postcodes. Runners can only win one award. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
