Dushore Founders Day 5K
The Dushore Founders Day 5K Fun Run and Walk is an annual event held in Dushore, Pennsylvania. Organized by the Sullivan County Recreational Association, the 2026 edition marks the 15th year of this community activity. This event is classified as a fun run and walk, and it does not offer trophies or medals to participants. A race clock is provided at the site for those who wish to track their personal timing.
The course begins at the Sullivan Review and progresses across East Main Street to Railroad Street, which transitions into Marsh Road. At the junction in the road, the route departs Marsh Road and continues onto T470/Kelly Road. Participants follow Kelly Road to a designated water station and turn-around point. The return journey follows the same path back into Dushore, with the exception of the final stretch, which concludes behind Pealer Hall rather than crossing East Main Street.
