Dunwoody Dash 5K and Fun Run
Austin Elementary hosts the 23rd annual Dunwoody Dash on October 24, 2026 at Austin Elementary School in Dunwoody, Georgia. The event includes a community 5K and a 1 mile fun run for adults and children, followed by a family festival with music, food trucks, inflatables, face painting and other activities.
The 5K serves as an official qualifier for the 2027 AJC Peachtree Road Race. Awards will be given to top 5K finishers in various age groups. Both the 5K and the fun run are walker and stroller friendly.
Event logistics in the source note a registration window opening on August 27, 2026 and closing on October 24, 2026, with a registration fee of $25. Registrations completed before October 1 include a complimentary shirt.
