Dundalk Heritage 6K
The Dundalk Heritage 6K is a point-to-point 6K (3.72 mile) road race that starts on Sollers Point Road and finishes at Dundalk Middle School on Dunmanway. The course approximates the route of the Dundalk Fourth of July Parade, passes through mostly flat, scenic sections, and has hundreds of spectators along the route. The finish area is a short, easy walk back toward the start.
The event includes a dedicated category for military personnel and first responders. Proceeds benefit the Family Crisis Center of Dundalk.
Race services and amenities include a commemorative tee shirt for entrants while supplies last, water stations on the course at Dunglow Road, Admiral Blvd and Liberty Pkwy, first aid and medical support, and post-race water and snacks. An awards presentation and gift card drawings follow the run, and music is provided after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
