Dulwich Park Runners organizes an officially measured 5-mile race in Dulwich Park and the surrounding streets. Distances:

• 5-mile officially measured course.
• one-mile free race for under 18s; adult must register.

Advance entry is requested before 4 October. The advance fee is £5; on-the-day entries are £10. The one-mile race is free for under 18s and is open to day registration only; an adult must register the junior and may choose to run with them. The event raises funds for the Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers; registrants may make an additional donation. Medals are awarded to the fastest men and women in these age groups: under 40, 40-50, 50-60, and over 60. Each junior in the one-mile event receives a medal.

Location and access

The event takes place in Dulwich Park, SE21. The race start is in the centre of the park near the children's playground. There are four park entrances: College Road (main), the south circular (Rosebery and Queen Mary Gates), and Court Lane. Car parking in the park and nearby streets is limited. The organizer recommends walking, cycling, or using public transport. Local access notes include routes from North Dulwich and West Dulwich stations and nearby bus services such as the 37 and P4.
