Bromley Midsummer Evening 10k
The Bromley Midsummer Evening 10k is a 10 km road race held in Norman Park, Bromley. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Thursday 18 June and entry is available via the England Athletics Run Events portal.
Race headquarters are at Norman Park Community Sports Centre and Norman Park Athletics Track, Hayes Lane, Bromley BR2 9EJ. Parking is normally available for about 160 cars adjacent to the race HQ and for a further 100 cars on Hook Farm Road, a short jog across the park from the start.
Race bibs, including timing chips attached to the rear, are available for collection on race day from the registration teams inside Norman Park. All finishers in 2026 receive a medal and a drawstring bag; trophies and team prizes are awarded to top finishers and winning teams.
There is a finishing cut off of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Runners must reach the first water station at the 4 km mark within 45 minutes of the start. Runners who miss those times may find later course support removed and should retrace their route back to the start and inform the nearest marshal.
Transfers and deferrals can be requested by email up to 9 pm on Monday 15 June. Deferrals for injury or illness may be allowed to the following year at no charge. Refunds are not offered; if the race is postponed, free entry to a future edition will be provided.
Recent results and past race records are maintained for previous editions; no race was held in 2024 due to course difficulties and in 2020 due to Covid. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
