Course

This race is described as the only Category A fell race inside the M25 motorway. The course involves several different ups and downs around the Yardley Valley area. The finish line is located on Pole Hill, which offers views over the Lea Valley towards central London landmarks.

Participation and Logistics

Entry is priced at £5 and is handled via the SPOND platform. On-the-day entry is possible but will close at 7:00 PM. The start point is a ten-minute easy jog from the organizing club's clubhouse. Post-race refreshments are provided at the clubhouse. The event is held close to the longest day, meaning all participants finish in daylight.
