It is integrated into several regional series, including the State of Franklin Track Club (SFTC) King and Queen (K&Q) series, the Adult Mile series, and the SFTC KFOM. The event structure allows for specific categories to ensure fair competition among different age groups and disciplines.
Available event categories include:

- 1 Mile Boys Mile (ages 14 and under)
- 1 Mile Adult Mile (open to both men and women)
The registration process is structured with different pricing tiers based on club membership. Members of the State of Franklin Track Club can participate without a registration fee, while a small fee is required for non-members.
