Appalachian Fair 2.62 Miles Race

Packet pickup and parking are scheduled Friday, August 21, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Appalachian Fairgrounds Farm & Garden Building. Packets include a coupon for two fair rides for children and one complimentary fair gate entrance ticket for adults. The deadline to guarantee a shirt and chosen shirt size is August 7, 2026.
Registration fees change by date. Adult entry fees start at $20 early bird and increase through several tiers up to $40 for late registration at packet pickup. Kids Dash fees start at $5 early bird and increase to $15 for late registration.
Awards are presented for both men and women, including Top 3 overall, Top Male and Female Masters, Top Male and Female GrandMasters, and multiple age group categories from 9 and under through 70 and older.
